STAFFING

Our staff are caring, welcoming and passionate about helping every child to succeed. There are currently 2 classes each with a class teacher, who work alongside higher level teaching assistants to support and lead learning. We have very small teaching groups, allowing staff to provide really specific support and feedback to children. Our staff supervise the children throughout the whole day, including break and lunch times.  As a small school every member of staff knows each child in school really well and rapport between staff and pupils is a real strength of our school.
